The Raw Materials of Humanity: Thoughts, Feelings, Beliefs and Attitudes

SEX, MONEY & COMMUNICATION are where stuff comes up in a relationship.

Everyone needs to decode their belief systems.

For many of us it is not safe to express our feelings.

Feelings not expressed can create disease.

Anger goes inward and creates depression.

We need to know our feelings are safe.

You have the power to create your reality however you desire it.

The raw materials for constructing your reality are your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes

The quality of the raw materials determines the quality of your reality.

You can determine the quality of your raw materials.

Consciously or unconsciously you are the creator of your destiny.

We are living in a time of awakening. Deep within us – beyond logic, beyond what we’ve been taught –

there’s a knowing.

A yearning.

We crave connection, both with ourselves and with others, in a space where we can be raw, vulnerable, and free. We sense that we are capable of so much more, yet somewhere along the way, we lost the map.

Some of us never even knew a map existed. So we wander, chasing paths that lead to dead ends, or worse, we freeze -stuck, stagnant, fractured -convinced that this is all life has to offer.

But this is not all there is.

We are incredible powerful beings and we just need to birth that knowing.

We are in the Aquarian Age, a time of profound transformation. Something within us is stirring, urging us to redefine who we are. It’s like childbirth – intense, messy, and painful.

Some of us lean into the struggle, fearing we may never come out the other side. Others numb themselves, trying to escape the discomfort.

But just like labour, this shift is unstoppable.

We must trust the process, keeping our hearts open, knowing that what awaits us is something breathtaking – a new consciousness rising across the planet and definitely within us.

So how do we, as a collective, help birth this ancient-yet-new way of being? By doing the deep work within ourselves.

Think of this transformation like a seed, buried in darkness for thousands of years. Now, for the first time, the warmth of the sun and the nourishment of water reach it, causing it to crack open. Yet, having never known the light, the seed is hesitant. Fragile. Unsure if it can truly grow toward the sky.

But with innate trust in itself, it can. And so can we.

Seedling breaking through with the text - The seed must crack open for the tree to emerge. If you fear breaking, you will never grow.
