Deposit Only Paid: Cancellations given more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the Retreat, will result in the deposit being transferred to the next program.
Course Paid in Full: Cancellations made within 30 days of the Retreat will only be refunded or transferred if we can rebook your places within the remaining time. 50% of the course fee will be deducted if we cannot fill your places.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the Retreat will not be refunded or transferred if we are unable to fill the place with a full paying couple.
Last-minute cancellations are problematic and time-consuming for us to administer.

- I/We agree to assume full and complete responsibility for myself while participating in the program.
- I/We understand that I/We may choose not to participate in any part of the program.
- I/We understand the program is not 'therapeutic' nor a substitute for therapy.
- I/We confirm that do not have a recent history of chronic mental illness (if you are under the care of a treating professional, the professional has consented to your participation in this program).
- I/We do not demonstrate a propensity towards psychological fragility.
I/We acknowledge and agree that the Program, as well as my participation in the Program can be terminated at the discretion of the convenors for any reason at any time. I/We agree to release Beyond The Ordinary and associates from any liability or claims for financial compensation for my personal well-being for the period of the Program and beyond including any personal injury or mental anguish sustained by me. I/We acknowledge my understanding and acceptance of this agreement by registering for the program. I/We have read and agree to all the above conditions.
